ha505 Terms & Conditions and Terms of Service

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between the ha505 platform ("Company", "we") and any person who uses the platform ("player", "you"). By accessing ha505.im, registering an account, or playing games, you are deemed to have accepted all terms in this Agreement.

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any amendments will be announced on the platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must immediately stop accessing and using the ha505 platform.

2.1 Eligibility to Register

• Only individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration may open an account.
• Each person may only open one account. Opening a duplicate account may result in both accounts being suspended.
• Personal information provided must be accurate and complete. If inaccuracies are found, the account may be suspended.
• Accounts opened by third parties on someone else's behalf are not permitted, except through official agents created by us.

2.2 Account Security

• It is the player's responsibility to keep their login password secure.
• If you suspect that a third party has accessed your account without your permission, contact [email protected] immediately.
• Renting, selling, or transferring a player account is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Account Verification

We reserve the right to verify a player's personal information at any time. We may request proof of identity, bank statement, or payment. If a player refuses to cooperate with verification, their withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Deposit Methods

The ha505 platform accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. Each deposit must be a minimum of 3,000 Ks.

3.2 Withdrawal Requirements

• The minimum amount per withdrawal is 30,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Cases that require further review may take longer.
• The bank or payment method used for withdrawal must match the one used for deposit. Withdrawals to a third party's account will not be processed.

3.3 Fund Forfeiture

If fraud or a breach of these terms is detected, we reserve the right to close the player's account and forfeit the remaining balance. We bear no liability for taking such action.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Your first deposit on ha505 earns a 100% first deposit bonus of up to 200,000 Ks.

• The bonus amount can only be converted to withdrawable cash after wagering 10x the bonus amount.
• Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.
• Example — Deposit 420,000 Ks, receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a balance of 620,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per person.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash or withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Once the wagering requirement is complete, the bonus funds become withdrawable balance and a withdrawal can be requested at that point.
• Bonuses can be used on slots, live casino games, crash games, and Sic Bo. We reserve the right to decide on any matters relating to bonus wagering contributions.
• We may suspend, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.

ha505's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A player's tier is based on their frequency and volume of play and can be upgraded accordingly.

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.5% cashback per week

Cashback rewards are issued once a week as bonus funds. VIP tier demotion may occur if play volume drops, and this decision is made solely by us and is final.

6.1 Fair Play

Players are strictly prohibited from using bots, automated software, software aids, or any method that can predict game outcomes. If detected, the player's account will be suspended and any rewards or funds may be forfeited.

6.2 Game Result Decisions

All game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are not manipulated by us. We are not responsible for any losses caused by network disconnection during gameplay.

6.3 Prohibited Betting Strategies

• Strategies that exploit bonuses to accumulate funds and withdraw (bonus abuse)
• Strategies that simultaneously bet on both sides to cover outcomes (hedging)
• Group play coordinated by multiple people under the appearance of a single player

Players' personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The platform is secured with SSL encryption and we will never sell or share player data with third parties under any circumstances.

The ha505 platform and its staff are not legally responsible for any financial losses, physical or mental harm arising from an individual player's gambling activity.
